1. Free Analyses

The 5 free analyses provided upon registration are non-refundable, as they are offered at no cost.

2. Subscription Payments

We offer a monthly subscription plan for unlimited analyses. Because our service provides immediate access to AI analysis upon payment, refunds are generally not provided for the following reasons:

• You have already used the service during the billing period
• You cancel after the monthly renewal has processed
• Change of mind after using any portion of the paid service

3. When Refunds May Be Considered

We may offer a refund or partial refund in exceptional circumstances, such as:

• Technical issues that prevented you from using the service
• Accidental duplicate charges
• Cases required by applicable consumer protection laws

4. Cancellation Process
