At ToTuSy, we want you to be fully satisfied with our service. This Refund Policy explains our approach to refunds for subscriptions and payments made through totusy.com.

1. Free Analyses

The 5 free analyses provided upon registration are non-refundable, as they are offered at no cost.

2. Subscription Payments

We offer a monthly subscription plan for unlimited analyses. Because our service provides immediate access to AI analysis upon payment, refunds are generally not provided for the following reasons:

  • • You have already used the service during the billing period
  • • You cancel after the monthly renewal has processed
  • • Change of mind after using any portion of the paid service

3. When Refunds May Be Considered

We may offer a refund or partial refund in exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • • Technical issues that prevented you from using the service
  • • Accidental duplicate charges
  • • Cases required by applicable consumer protection laws

To request a refund, please contact us at support@totusy.com within 14 days of the charge.

4. Cancellation Process

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
